Notes on customs clearance of imported materials for pneumonia

We, Xikun Yuanlang, have also been involved in the tense customs clearance work for incoming materials recently. We would like to remind friends who donate materials to pay attention to the following issues:


1. In order to improve the release speed, the Chinese Customs currently adopts a registration release policy for donated materials, but in the future, each unit needs to apply for a tax exemption certificate (exemption form) to close the case; Please cooperate to complete it.

2. When notifying us of customs clearance, please provide a clear list of goods (which must be goods (non passenger luggage, non express delivery); The Food and Drug Administration needs to register or provide proof. For medical devices, corresponding products need to have a registration certificate or certification from the Food and Drug Administration in China

3. The shipper should try to donate in the name of the team or company, as a donation statement is required;

The consignee must be one of the list of units registered with the state;

4. A bill of lading, formal invoice, and packing list (reflecting different specifications and quantities) must be provided.

5. Please designate one person to coordinate with us for all documents in order to improve work efficiency.
